Hey that's awesome Aster. My husband and I are preppers too. Well, sorta. Not so hardcore but we keep bug-out bags with the essentials. We also have emergency rations and back-up food just in case. We like to be prepared but try not to dwell on the negatives.
After watching Doomsday Preppers i refer my self to be a baby prepper cuz them ppl are way to advance for me. hahaha *Ey truth ill take a shipping container for helping out with the corrupted bow* rofl... ^^ same same we dont dwell on the negatives either just like to be prepparred. ^^ but since we are living near a major city we are more tacticaly armed citizens if you know what i mean. lol but also a bit of rabbits n chickens and backup food n water too ^^

What's not to like? But since I have to choose, I'd say the ability to be able to jump right into PvP/WvW regardless of level is a convenient and fun game option. There's no grinding for PvP items to try and make yourself more OP than another (except for the grind to make you look epic through fashion). I enjoy an even playing field that requires skill to win battles and challenges your ability to play that class. I find that GW2 has done a lot of things different yet better than other MMOs. This being one of them.
As for me, I have been a gamer since I was about 3 years old. I find that to be an interesting aspect of myself. I have been a big gamer yet still found a balance between that and a healthy personal life. It all began with the Atari and who knows where it will end. I sure don't!

I enjoy the open and expansive world of Guild Wars 2. I really love the setup of the game as an MMO and its reward systems for exploration. As a gamer I tend to fully explore an entire area before moving on. This is one of the first games that I feel like it is actually meant to be part of your experience.
A little about me... I am an American citizen currently living in Osaka Japan. My wife and I moved here with our 2 year old daughter at the beginning of 2013. We plan on living in Japan for the next 5-10 years. I am in love with this country and am currently learning the language. When I am not working or spending time with my family I love to game.

Now this would be a toss up wouldn't it? What I like about playing GW2 the most is the community. It's not just how epic the guild Omen is, but also about other players in general. 99% of the time they are fun and helpful!!! Other then that, I think I enjoy jumping puzzles the most and helping others learn how to do them. :3 It may take me some time to memorize one, but when I do, I am most happy just jumping away for a day. I've been playing video games since my early teens and began with console games before I moved into PC gaming about 7 years ago.
About me? Hmm.... I make costumes a lot and do cosplay. XD I also like to draw, write, and sing. I am a HUGE cinnafile and love movies of most all types (including animated as well) and I adore a lot of tv shows. I think my favorite types of movies and shows include somewhat darker themes and mystery/thriller/suspense. I own so very many movies on DVD now that my movie cabinet has overflown! Curses be to the $5.00 sales at Best Buy and FYE stores! LOLOL It's an addiction to say the least. I'm also fairly chatty most days and outgoing too, but like all people, I have my moments of down time too.

I like playing Guild Wars 2 because of the fun things and awesome things you can get especially the community, A place where you can have fun and do some random stuff like cosplay and etc. Unity is the key to this game and I like everything in it on how it's balanced and all that.
About Me: Me? Ohh, I'm a mysterious person, more like a "Don't judge the book by it's cover, Judge it by it's content" type of human. I'm mostly interested in Science and all that awesome stuff. I also like playing Video Games, Art and Music, It's like I have a special connection between those things :P. I get a lil bit hot headed sometimes but it goes out faster than you could imagine, mostly I'm just silent and calm.
