"Dilly Dally Shilly Shally" and New Dailies

The new update in the game required a few changes in my daily routine, literally! Exploring the depths for gathering goods and fighting undersea monsters. A trip to the crafting corner was needed as well. Later to enjoy some wide open space in Frostgorge Sound and waiting upon some lightening! To follow a trip to a dungeon with some friends and to top it off some advice on my build!

So, new update in the game! Daily achievements are different and require more work. So Truth had to go fighting underwater (daunting, but I realize I don't do it enough and that's probably why they did a daily for it). Had to get a pic with the 'Humpback Whale', it was very difficult because it never stops moving... Also found a few deep sea coral patches to harvest. This is out in Frostgorge Sound and let me remind you there are icebergs in the water! Very cold.

One of the vista points I managed to grab before doing a run with some guild buddies. I was determined to get a screen cap with thunder hitting the mountain! It reminded me of Final Fantasy X and the lightning strike dodging that was required to get Lulu's main weapon in the Thunder Plains. Gosh, I can recall that music on a dime after all the hours I spent dodging lightning strikes... It had to be over 200 or something? It's been awhile I can't remember.

Lightning Strikes I mentioned:
If you got hit once you had to start all over!
That was one heck of an achievement though once you got it.

So I also had to do some crafting for my daily. Here is Truth crafting away at the cooking station. You also can see her Firstborn Coat (T3 Sylvari Cultural Armor). It's only from the front, but I will post more pics as I blog so no worries. I can't decide what dyes look better on it, light colored dyes like celestial or dark ones that make it all multicolored! I am leaning towards multicolored. Joseph and his 'coat of many colors'!

So I ran a dungeon run with the guild today. First one in a long time, one of my friends (Lala) has been pestering me to join her for awhile now! But it was Comics and Pazu that started the group. Citadel of Flame was the dungeon, in Charr territory. We ran it in pretty much 15 minutes. I don't know where all the fuss I was putting up was coming from. Oh yeah, Lala wanted me to run Twilight Arbor... That can take hours sometimes! Sorry folks, got a time commitment as a mom and wife.

I did talk to Pazu about my Power and Precision build. Decided to do Toughness along with it instead of Healing. Let's just say I am looking forward to using them now! The traits seem like they work better for my fighting style. I love the trait for ranger where you get the same active signet effects as your pet, because you can grow large with them and do extra damage! There are also ones where you take no damage. So great and useful. So thanks again Pazu for the trait tip!

Next time I hope to complete Dredgehaunt Cliffs. It would probably be good to work on my storyline too. Look for those updates in my next post. I'll keep in mind to make it interesting.
